I oversee creation of NRF’s Annual Report in partnership with external vendor, from conception to execution, leveraging the talents of experts in design, video production, writing and user experience design. The report plays a key role in establishing NRF as the leading voice of retail.

Employee Newsletter
In 2018, I launched a weekly internal newsletter for NRF’s 100+ employees called “One NRF Quick Hits.” I work with department leads to gather content and write copy each week.
Events
I manage NRF’s State of Retail & the Consumer, an annual event exploring the health of American consumers and the retail industry. I spearhead content development and speaker outreach and coordinate collaboration with our production partner, marketing, membership and IT teams.
